Our lead singer David has chosen a path in life that no longer includes Chinchilla Fury. He split town without saying anything to Dan, but somewhat shared his plans with Greg; the information was vague at best, deceitful in the least. Rumor has it that David accepted a sales position with Mohawk Carpet Industries that will afford him the lifestyle he so desires, relieving him of the burden of making music with Chinchilla Fury.

For all that don't know, Dylan went back to graduate school at the University of New Orleans. He will be helping rebuild Nawlins while pursuing his master's degree and playing in the Louis Armstrong Combo. His responsibities will include teaching area high school kids how to play with a killer swing feel, and gig with the likes of Ravi Coltrane, Ellis Marsalis and Karl Denson! We wish him the best of luck, and look forward to seeing him excel at what he does best-beat the skins.
